Our pressing need to close the health disparities within our community and strategies for doing so.
Considering adding a level of mandatory monitoring for blood pressure in our communities, which works to prevent strokes and reduce the cost of emergency medical care and stroke related hospital care.
Reducing impact of strokes in minority communities which often negatively impacts the family dynamic due to paralysis, vascular dementia, speech impediments and more following strokes.
